1. About Me

JalMiniatures is my business name under which I create and sell handcrafted miniature artwork, sculptures and accessories. Each item is individually handmade in Australia and may contain slight variations that make every piece unique.

2. Product Descriptions

I make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products.

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

  • As each item is handmade, no two pieces will be identical.

  • Measurements are approximate.

  • Minor imperfections are part of the handcrafted nature of our work and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full before your order is dispatched.

I accept payment through the secure payment methods available at checkout. JalMiniatures does not store your payment details.

5. Shipping

AUSTRALIA Orders are shipped from Queensland, Australia.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal services, customs processing or other circumstances beyond my control.

INTERNATIONAL International customers: customs duties, import taxes, postage and tariff are included in the shipping price listed at checkout

Once your parcel has been lodged with the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to that carrier. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund

Because our products are handmade artworks, we do not offer refunds or exchanges

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and we will discuss the best option to fix the item. International returns will not be accepted due to costs and are purchased under the

All artwork, sculptures, photographs, designs, website content and product descriptions remain the intellectual property of JalMiniatures unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

8. Handmade Nature

Every piece is individually handcrafted. Small differences in shape, colour, texture and finish are expected and contribute to the uniqueness of each artwork.

9. Safety

Many products contain small parts and are intended for collectors.

They are not toys and are not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JalMiniatures is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or purchased products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is collected only for processing orders and providing customer service.

I do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

The above Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
